Hiking, heat, lightning, and flash floods can injure or kill. You assume the risk of going outside. We can't promise that any hike will go well, and we can't tell you whether you personally should go.

Ratings are based on the forecast temperature plus the alerts and closure notes we had when the weather data was last updated. When data is missing or more than 6 hours old, trails show No rating instead. A rating is never a guarantee that an hour is a good time to hike.

We show the forecast numbers so you can judge for yourself, and every page says when its weather data is from. If that time is old, ignore the rating and check weather.gov.

Nothing here is medical, legal, or emergency advice. Call 911 for an emergency. Closure notes are only as current as the date they were last updated.

To the extent the law allows, CNR Consulting is not liable for decisions you make from these pages. Weather and trail conditions can change after a page was last updated.
